Our Memorial Wall will consist of an electronic photo presentation and plaque with inscriptions of the service
men and women with their branch of service, rank, conflict and dates of service from service members within a
25 mile radius of the American Legion Post.
The American Legion, Auxiliary and Sons of the American Legion would very much like to include your
(son/daughter, husband/wife.) We would like to honor their service with the utmost respect. We hope that you
will consider giving us permission to publish/print a photo of your son/daughter and their information. We would
need a photo in uniform (digital if possible) and your signature in the space provided on the following sheet to
allow us to include their information.
